“Eat when hungry, sleep when tired”.  The zen triathlete says this all the time in his podcasts.  Well, I eat when I can, and sleep as little as possible.  Not very zen… but I did get up early this morning and do yoga.  A little looser today, and I definitely felt more “zen” during my day. 

After work I went to Fc and did 1600 powerzone.  Great bicep work today.  I hustled from the club to the SHG track.  I have missed the last 2 weeks of track work outs, and was psyched to get back.  I got to the track early, and started the work out.  I did a 800 for a warm up, and then 800, 800, 1600, 800, 800, 1600.  The 800’s I did on a 6:45 pace.  The miles I did at a 7:00 min pace.  I did  a 400 cool down. I was still in a very zen place during my run. Thanks to Katie Mac for giving the Hardy Breed some publicity. I finished my very Zen day with a glass of Saracco.
