I did my first run yesterday morning. We did and easy 4.5 miles thorough the park. I felt ok. I didn’t push myself too hard. So today, while everyone else was at the biathlon, including my fiance ( who got 1st place co-ed team with his sister. Great job!) I went for a run. I though I would challenge my self with some hills. I headed out Washington. The first part of the run I got rained on, and the poof the sun came out and it was muggy. 3 sports bras and 5.5 miles later… I don’t remember running sucking this much when I came back from and injury last year. Maybe it’s beacuase I was still swimming and cycling. The hills proved to be a challenge on my cardiac system, causing some huffing on the way.
