Swim, not nap

I was falling asleep at work today.  We finished all the cases by 1400 and I had nothing to do until I got off at 1630.  I left a half hour early.  I was walking out of work with 2 of my co-workers, feeling like I could go home and take a nap.   I asked Amanda for some motivation.  She replied “getting to the gym is the hardest part, once your there you feel better.”  So I drove to fit club, and felt much better when I got in the pool.  I did a 300 warm up, and my main set today was a speed workout.  I did 4x 4-50’s on the 40sec, with 20sec rest. 100 recovery between each 4.  Then a  400 pull and a 100 cool down.  I didn’t feel bad at all when I was swimming.  I finished the day with ab attack class, and went home.
