No rest day for me today. AM: I went to the track and did a mile warm up, then a mile at 8min pace, a 1200 at 7:30 pace, an 800 at a 7:00 pace, lastly a 400 at a 6:00 min pace. I finished with a 1mile cool down. PM: Powerzone at fit club south, and then a mile swim. I wanted to go longer but really, I ran out of time. No thing special just another Monday.
