It’s 2:30 in the morning.  Why am I awake?  This is how my Friday morning started.  I  finally dragged my butt out of bed and made some coffee around 0430, and then went to the gym.  What else should you be doing if you are awake at 0500 in the morning?  I did a mindless swim of 1.25 miles before I headed to work.

My body must not have caught up with my brain when I left work.  I was mentally exhausted, but I went for a 4 mile tempo run.  It was the first time all week that I was really hot running outside. I could have went flat and fast, but I choose to tackle some hills, and went down   W. Washington.    I finished the run and went to my favorite 1700 powerzone class.  My body, and mind crashed around 1930, the bud light lime probably didn’t help, but it’s so good when it hits your lips.
