Ice My Knee

I woke up early this morning and did 3.5 miles on the treadmill just to get a good start to the day.  I had planned to do sprint work after work.  I got to the park and start with a 1 mile warm up.  My knee was really hurting, so for once I listened to my body and quit after 2 miles.  I headed to pick up the kids and went to fit club.  I ended up doing a sprint workout in the pool. 4x 200 warm up. Then alternating 100 easy pulls with 4×25 fast on the 15sec.  Then some stroke drills and cool down.  After the swim I did a weight lifting class. We focused on abs, quads and inner/outer thigh.  Going to ice my knee tonight and try for a long run tomorrow!
