I Havn’t Sweat This Much…

I’m back.  It’s been three weeks and I could not wait to sweat.  I got home after work, and due time, and weather I go ton the trainer.  I did 15min warm up then, 2 min high cadence, 1 min easy for 20 min, then I did some 2 min standing drills.  The standing drills hurt.  My quads were begging me to quit.  I missed the sweat.  After the bike I hopped off and did 30 min. of weights.  Nothing to heavy.  Shoulders, abs, squats and lunges.
