After yesterdays tough workout day, I was feeling a bit of fatigue when I woke up this morning.  I had to be at work at 0600 for a staff meeting.  I neglected to bring lunch and skipped out.  By the end of the day I was feeling tired but couldn’t pass up a nice day to go run at the park.  I drove to the park to do a 4 mile run.  The first mile wasn’t bad, but by mile 2 I was feeling bad.  I kept going but it was a bad run.  I felt like collapsing.   Maybe it was from no lunch, or the “overreach” yesterday, or that this is a step back week.  I went home and made dinner and that was it.  Hopefully a good nights rest will help.
