Easy swim

I didn’t want to do anything to aggressive today, since the biathlon is tomorrow.  I went to fit club after work and did a nice medium interval set in the pool.  300 for a warm up, then I did a ladder 100,200,300,400,400 a 300 kick with fins, then 400,300,200,100.  I tried to keep my pace steady, a little faster than what I would swim a mile in.  I would have liked to have done another kick set, but I ran out of time. It’s probably best I didn’t.
