Wow, I actually got up Early this morning and went to the pool. I have been slacking on my AM workouts. I went to fit club south and swam a straight 1.5miles. Didn’t have to think to hard. Just swim. It did feel like some one put lead in my legs.
After work I did a nice brick work out. In my new tri top, that I really like! I planned to do 12 on the bike, but the park was crowded, and I was short on time, so I did 10. Changed shoes, and shorts and took off. Back to Washington park for 4.25 miles. I also did 6x10sec hill repeats.
