Day 3

So day 3 of the raw foods fast.  I felt much better today. I woke early, after a good nights rest, and did 45 min of yoga.  My coffee craving was at bay this morning.   I have really learned what it feels like to be hungry, and what foods can fulfill that.  I’m glad I did this fast, and I will continue it until tomorrow at dinner at least.  I also weighed myself today, and I was 7 pounds lighter than the last time I weighed. 

After work, I went to fc and did 45min on the treadmill, while listening to my vegan freak podcast.  I’ll admit I was a bit tired again, but still got my run in.  After the run, I did powerzone class.  I went home and watched the Phillies win the world series.
