Auto Pilot

Sometimes when you wake up early to do a work out it seems like you are on auto pilot.  Just follow the yellow brick road.  Instead of going to fc south to swim, I went to masters practice at Nelson.  My better half stayed on auto pilot and went to fit club any way.  Oops, oh well we both got a swim in.  We did a 500 warm up, then 8×50’s,  3×250 fast, slow, fast.  3×200’s, fianally 10×100’s.  I left after 2 of 100’s.  I had to get to work.  I got there in plenty of time, so I probably could have finished. 

After work, I went to the track early and got the work out in.  I did a warm up and then 10×500’s with a 100 walk in between.  It was actually kinda fun.  I just pumped my ipod and ran.  I did a set of weights and abs before I took the kiddo’s to a movie.
