All I have to say is…

All I have to say about today’s master swim is it was stupid hard.  My arms were tired from lifting on Friday.  Ya, I ‘m whining, but you can get any better unless you push yourself. 

5×100 with 15 sec rest

500 at 85% intensity

6×100’s on the 1:30

500 at 85% intensity

10×100’s on the 1:20 then the 1:40 alternating

10×25’s hard down, easy back on the 30sec.

6×75’s easy with breath control.
