I was lazy and slept in this morning. I ended up going for a run around 1400 in the park. The sun was hot and I worked up a good sweat! I did a tempo run of 5miles. After the run I went to fit club and did powerzone. We focused on lower body a lot. Did feel so strong after the run. We also did push ups and some triceps dips. My favorite. I finished my evening work out by mowing the yard.
