Whatever You Want To Call It

I’m not sure if you call it training when you are not tired after a workout. But it felt good anyway. I rode the trainer for another 30 minutes again tonight. It was kind of like one of those times when exercising is the last thing on your mind and before you know it you are working out. I had not intentions of doing anything but watching Monday Night Football. The next thing I know I am spinning a 39×16. I guess it was better than nuttin’. I followed that up with some military presses and shoulder shrugs.
