What 2 Watch 4?

Sure I’m stealing a line from ESPN but what the hay.  If you get bored or disinterested in watching our podcasts I found a great way to watch the whole thing and stay interested.  Watch it while riding on the trainer.

Today I rode the trainer while watching episode 15 (Cozying Up To The Fire).  The time flew by.  Before I knew it, the 37 minutes was up and I was begging for more.  Well, not really begging for more but it was a good distraction for the monotony of the trainer.

I ended the night with a 3 mile run on the treadmill.  Not a bad workout for little motivation.
