Workout 2 of week 4 was painful.  Secondary to the weather outside being frightful Danoh and I decided to do the 5K at race pace indoors on the treadmill.  I had hoped for a 20:30-21:00 minute run but this turned out to be a 22:28 minute run.  Man, it sucked!  I haven’t been that close to blowing chunks in a long time.  The treadmill seemed anaerobically harder than on the road.  My leg speed seemed faster than it actually was, I guess.  Anyway, what counts is that I got a good workout in and feel good about my effort.  We attempted a video feed while running but realized later that the sound was turned off.  Oh well, we learn from our mistakes and hopefully the website will improve with each attempt.
