The roads are pretty clear now but the sidewalks and shoulders are impassible.  So I suck it up and travel to work to run on the treadmill.  I always feel a little inadequate when resorting to a treadmill (although I don’t feel the same way about riding on the trainer, hmmmm).  It has been over a year since I last ran on a treadmill so it felt as little strange.  Plus, because it is so different than outdoors I didn’t really have an idea of what kind of workout I was going to do.  So I just ran; gradually quickening my pace until the last 3/4 mile was done at a 06:58 pace.  I ran for a total of 5 miles but I am having trouble gazing the level of difficulty with an outdoor workout.  I felt tired though, which is good!
