Training vs. Recovery

My first day on the bike got rained out today.  So I mustered enough strength to walk down the stairs to ride the trainer.  I don’t know which was more painful, the walk down the stair or turning the pedals for 15 minutes.  Miraculously my legs felt 75% better after riding the bike.  I was able to walk up the stairs in a reciprocal pattern.  Thank goodness for Advil.
