The Day Before….

Danoh and I are running 20 miles tomorrow.  So today was an easy workout.  The weather was cold and windy.  With a day at the St. Paddy’s Day parade thrown in made it easy to have a recovery day.

I began with 3 sets of 5 dips and 3 sets of 11 reverse crunches on the Tower of Power.  This was followed by 30 minutes on the trainer.  The session ended with 3 sets of 21 crunches on the ball, 3 sets of 11 shoulder shrugs with 25# dumbbells, and 3 sets of 11 standing military presses with 25# dumbbells.  The weather should be better tomorrow.  I think we are leaving at 10:00.
