The Cherry Stoners kept me up too late on Friday night. So the 06:30 morning run did not happen. (Leah, did you make it?) Pretty pathetic I know but sometimes you just have to tie one on. It was fun partying with some HardyBreed.
My training didn’t start until 15:00. I wasn’t pressured to put in a hard effort as tomorrow will be tough. With that in mind I rode the trainer for 30 minutes and ran on the treadmill for 3 miles. Three sets of 3 different weight routines were performed before, during, and after the bike/run portion.
It felt good to sweat out the impurities and to get a decent workout in before tomorrow’s 13.1.
