Slightly More Frills

Still with low motivation but I drug myself into the basement. Began with 3 sets of 7 dips, 3 sets of 21 reverse crunches on the Tower of Power, 3 sets of 11 standing military presses with 25# weights, 3 sets of 11 shoulder shrugs with 25# dumbbells, and 3 sets of 21 crunches on the ball. Finished the night with 30 minutes on the trainer. Now my adductors feel tight AND my ankle still hurts. I’m falling apart and starting to worry about the marathon.
