Another 21:00 workout. After I put the kids to bed I hopped on the trainer and watched the second half of my alma mater (University of Illinois) play the #13 ranked Indiana Hoosiers. It was a heartbreaking loss for my Fighting Illini in double overtime. 30 minutes of moderate effort followed by 3 sets of 15 crunches on the therapy ball and I felt pretty good. It’s time to get the case down to at least an 18 pack. I will probably take tomorrow off in preparation for Saturday’s big 18 mile run and only do some weight training with a couple of 12-ounce curls. See ya Saturday.
