I felt pretty good today considering yesterday was the longest I had run in a year. I think the main reason I felt decent was the fact that I have started wearing thick socks when I run. This has prevented blisters and hasn’t left my feet sore the next day. I am preferential toward Descente. Today was kind of weird because I had no plans for how I was going to workout. So I improved. I started out today with 3 sets of 11 curls with 25# dumbbells then 3 sets of 11 curls, with a slightly different wrist position, with 25# dumbbells. Rode the trainer for 30 minutes at a moderate pace then immediately performed 3 sets of 15 crunches on the therapy ball. After a short rest I finished today with 3 sets of 25# dumbbell presses on the therapy ball. Tomorrow is a day off.
