Graduation Day

I graduated from couch potato to weekend warrior today.  My shoulder is slowly feeling better so I went to Koke Mill Medical Center to work out.

I rode the recumbent exercise bike for 30 minutes at around 80 rpm, just trying to spin.  I did a moderate effort for about 10 minutes of those 30.  Then switched to the stepper.  This was considerably more effort.  I did about 10 minutes before my shoulder (and legs) started to feel the effort.

Amazingly, after working out my whole outlook changed.  I was definitely more upbeat the rest of the day.  I guess I am addicted to endorphines.
