Fingers Crossed

I stopped by R&M today to check on the progress of my bike.  Rich gave me some good news, I think.  He said the bike was stripped and frame shipped off to Trek headquarters.  Trek thinks they might be able to fix my frame (is that a good thing?).  There is some kind of melting/gluing process for carbon fiber (who knew?).  I’m not really sure and actually don’t really want to know but fixing the frame will be a hell of a lot cheaper than purchasing a new frame.  With price being the main issue, integrity is not.  I’ll keep my fingers crossed and take what I can get.
