Feels Just Like The First Time

I’m beginning to feel better.  I am also beginning to feel fat and sluggish.  I was feeling so good I decided to go to work and use some of the equipment.

I walked on the treadmill for 15 minutes eventually building up to a whopping 15:00/mile pace.  It was kind of tough to walk that fast.  The tendency is to begin to jog, which I can’t do (but would like to ).  Next I used the Stepper for 10 minutes doing about 45 flights.

It felt good working up a sweat again.  I’m trying to be creative with workouts that allow me to workout but not compromise my healing.  Wish me luck.
