Doctor’s Orders?

It’s funny referring to today’s workout as a workout.  Three weeks ago I would have called today a day off or a cool down.  I’ll take what I can get at this point and am just happy to be working up a sweat again.

I rode the recumbent exercise bike again for 30 minutes and the stepper for 10 minutes.  I’m not sure if the MD wants me doing it but I will find out tomorrow.
