My Internet has been down for the past couple of days so I haven’t been able to post.  Not much to report though as I am trying to taper for IronAbe.  I feel kind of lost right now because I don’t how to train when I’m not on a routine.  Should I push or taper?  What discipline should I practice?  Do I risk losing fitness? 

Sunday I rode an easy 29 miles with Dan on the TT bike.

Tuesday I ran just under 7 miles trying to do some repeats on the way.

Wednesday I swam 1000 yards and did a couple of sets.

Thursday I rode part of the training race on my TT bike with the group then turned around at the “T” with Dan.
