Curls For The Girls

ARGGHH!  I was feeling sooo unmotivated to do anything today.  It was one of those days.  After a diet Mountain Dew I felt refreshed enough to do some curls while getting the kids ready for bed.

The build-up of endorphines were enough to get me down into the basement for some treadmill work after they went to bed.  I still wasn’t extremely motivated so I compromised to run only 3 miles on the treadmill.  The good news was that since I didn’t really want to be running I ran faster to get it over with.

I did get to listen to one of my favorite podcasts, The Competitor’s Radio Show.  It’s been a while so I listened to a podcast from April.  It was an interview with Ryan Hall.  How cool is that?  The best part was hearing that he uses Cytomax.  I use Cytomax too so a 2:15 marathon is not far off, right?
