Another 20:30 Workout

Once again I had to put the kids to sleep before getting some “Jason” time.  So my workout began at 20:30 with dips x 3 x 5 and reverse crunches x 3 x 11 on the Tower of Power.  Next I rode the trainer for 30 minutes.  Those 30 minutes went by fast as the conference basketball tournaments are on TV.  It felt good to spin on the trainer as my legs are still sore from yesterday’s running intervals.  I ended my session with crunches on the ball x 3 x 21 and 25# dumbbell presses on the ball x 3 x 11.
