A-B-C, 1-2-3


My foot is feeling slightly better.  It still hurts with every step but not as bad.  My limp is gone except on stairs.  I just hope my kidneys don’t shut down from Ibuprofen overload.  The worry about the marathon is better too.  I hope this much time off from running doesn’t set me back too far.  I’ve already missed a 10K race pace workout.  And I don’t see 3, 2 mile tempo runs happening next week either.  Oh, the misery.

What that all means is another day on the trainer.  The monotony was somewhat dissipated by my daughter wanting to practice writing her numbers. 

At first it was no big deal but by the time I wanted to go hard she kind of was annoying.  I guess that’s what it means to be a HardyBreed.
