3 Mile Experiment

My legs have been feeling better so I decided to test them a little bit.  After the kids went to sleep I headed to the basement.  A good deal of stretching was followed by a progressive, 3 mile run on the treadmill.  Not too fast but just enough to make sure they weren’t going to lock up on me again.  I think I reached a maximum speed of 7.0 mph.

The legs felt alright for most of the run.  I didn’t know if I was thinking about them too much or they just felt strange.  Afterwards my calves felt weird and tired.  I think the worst is behind me.  The plan is to not run tomorrow and test them outside on Thursday.
