I have been trying to lift weights twice a week. I have settled in on the Iron Girl full body work out and then doing a actual weight routine later that week. So today I did my weight routine. I do 3 sets of squats, 3 sets of leg extentions, 3 sets of pullups, 3 sets of dips, 3 sets of situps, 3 sets of curls, and 3 sets of overhead presses. A full body workout.
