A Hard 10

A Hard 10 for key workout number 1 of week 8 for the 12 week marathon training plan. I met up with Jason a mile into the run. He convinced me to run outside, in the blizzard like conditions. Oh how I love the treadmill when is cold out. Anyhow, we kept a solid 8:00 pace or less all the way to the park. On the way back we picked it up a bit. I felt rather good for some reason and forgot Jason had been sick all last week, because I think he had trouble holding on. It was a hard run, and I am sure Jason will thank me for it later.
