5 miles up hill

Well, up hill on a treadmill.  I didn’t get the balls to head outside today.  It is just so easy to head downstairs and hit the treadmill and watch tv.   The roads were as sloppy as Anna Nicole on Valium.  I didn’t want to get my new shoes dirty.  So I did a easy run up hill, starting at 2% and increasing 1 every mile.  I was only running at 7mph or 8.34 pace.  The run was easy, and I wanted to keep it that way.  I think we are going to do a 5 or 10K training race tomorrow.
