What is a better bonus than getting an unplanned workout in?  Maybe unexpectedly getting flowers at work?  Son #1 was supposed to have a football game, but they cancelled and just had practice.  I thought my Tuesday night swim was out, but bonus I got my swim in. 

I  did 200 swim to warm up, 200 pull, and 200 swim with stroke work.  My main set was all don at max-ox, or speed pace.  a 50, on the 35, 100, 150, 200. repeat.  Then 2x250s, a 200, 100, 50×2.  This was all I had time to fit in.  It didn’t seem like much of a work out, but it was still a better than nothing.
