		<description>Last Tuesday was a great run.  You may have gotten your last two splits mixed up, but you finished strong.  I must say that for some of the slower people out there that do not run at this brisk of pace, including me, It would really help if you came out on Tuesdays.  We could use a second group of runner at a little slower pace.  And this early in the year, you have no place to go but UP!

So... come on out and have Lunch with Eric. Your legs will thank you for it come June!

We meet at the corner MacArthur and Williams Blvd at 12:00 every Tuesday.
