Just a swim post…

It’s Thursday night and I have no where else to be, except in the pool.  I am trying to make an effort to get 2 swims in a week.  Having done my long run yesterday, a swim would do me good.  I totaled 4500 yards.  The longest set I ‘ve done in a while.  Here is the work out :

  1. (600/600) warm up
  2. Drill:  3×200

    50 ez/50 fast

    1×600 swim
    w/ zoomers; negative split
