Food pyramid

I totally disagree with the FDA recommended food pyramid.  Obviously I would eliminate animal products, but realistically I think proteins, and fruits, and veggies should be equal.  I also think beer, and chips and salsa should have their own group.

After work I went to the park and did the  5x hills that my training plan called for.  I also did 30 min. of lower body strength training.  My reward was getting tho eat the best salsa and guacamole ever made.
