Better day

My legs were tight from the track work out yesterday, but I had to get a run in. I did a 1 mile warm up, and then 4miles at my 10k pace. I was able to maintain this pace, but it felt tough. 1mile cool down, and I’m done.
Later in the evening I went to the pool. I did a 1.25 mile swim. I felt like myself again in the water. Nothing fancy, just an long even swim.
