Feeling Better

The next day after my Podiatrist appointment I was feeling good enough to workout but not to run. So I spent the usual 30 minutes on the trainer trying to go hard enough to work up a sweat and make my legs tired. I think I did a good job of it.
Friday, I decided to try and run on the treadmill. My toe, and actually both feet, was feeling great. I didn’t have a lot of time but I did manage to run 3 miles. It felt good to finally run again. Kind of like a new beginning. Now that I have signed up for the Illinois Marathon I guess this is the start of my training.
