It Is Hot For Being Cool

Man, for being only 77 degrees outside today’s run felt really hot. It must have been the bright sun or the massive quantities of beer I have been drinkin’ but I sweated like a snake’s ass in a wagon rut today.
I logged 4.5 miles today with an average pace of 08:15. Nothing special just out running and happy to be alive.
