Jason X-Ray Jason X-Ray

My 3 week follow-up appointment with my MD was today.  Nothing exciting except that now I have no range of motion restrictions and a 10# lifting restriction from floor to waist.  So what I am allowed to do is slowly growing.  There is still some obvious healing to do (as you can see from the x-rays) but my progress is normal.  Of course, I am trying to speed up the process by doing more and letting pain be my guide.  I won’t go back to see him for another 3 weeks, at which time, if everything looks normal, I will have no activity restrictions.  I might try to fudge my current activity restrictions……..we’ll see.
