Running Sick

Today was the second time this week that I got on the treadmill.  I have been out sick for the last two days but that hasn’t stopped me from getting in a run.  I have heard many stories from people saying you should take it easy when you are sick.  But the way that I look at it, (Dean Karnazes too) unless you have a fever there is not reason not to run.

I think I actually felt better after my run.  It’s not easy, that first bead of sweat feels like a gallon.  Then a down pour.  It was like all the impurities were released.

The runs were not that long.  I only ran 5 on Tuesday and 3 today, but that was long enough!

Anything to keep from going down to ZERO.
