Love Me Two Times

I went and bought a patellar tendon strap at the Springfield Running Center yesturday.  I was praying this would solve my knee problem.  I tried it out on the treadmill for a 3 mile lunch workout.  It felt pretty good.  I increased and  decrease the elevation to test it out on a hill. Towards the end of the workout my knee felt a little funny, but good.

After work I tried to over do it, by putting in another 3 on the treadmill.  Once again my knee held up.  I now have a positive outlook towards the marathon.  Keep your fingers crossed!
