Injuries just Plain Suck

It has been almost a week since I last attempted running.  Wo is me.  I am going nuts and seeing my marathon slip away.

In an effort not to loose my fitness, I have rode on the trainer again tonight.  1hr to be exact.  I was watched the latest episode of “Man vs. Wild” in the Dominican Republic.

Bear Grylls toughed it out.  So I thought I could tough it out too.

I really am thinking about running or run/walking on the treadmill tomorrow.  It seems like the more I am off my foot, the more it hurts when I get back on it.  I think if walk for a half hour on the treadmill, It might loosen it up.

Injuries just plain suck.
