Treadmill Me

Happy Valentines Day Rabbits!  With less and less time in my schedule, my new treadmill is ever so convienient.  I did my workout #2 of week 6 which is 3x2 miles at marathon pace.  I skipped the half mile recovery inbetween intervals.  So that put me at 6 miles for my treadmill work out.  All I can say is that is was a workout, nothing special... … [Read more...]
