  1. Cool stuff guys. Thanks for the clarification! I’ll see you at Scholastic!

  2. Dudes
You need some female influence in these podcasts! Leah and I are volunteering!

  3. good point–I agree, especially on your area of expertise

  4. Fellas … the movie you’re referring to was American Flyers when Barry “The Cannibal” Mussin tells the Russian, Sergai Belov, that he’s with him but he’s really 2 minutes behind him (on the GC). I don’t know anyone from that movie, though I’m sure Kevin Costner’s heard of me. I do however know the Italian Cinzano riders from Breaking Away. Eddie VanGuys, who does the announcing for Superweek every year, Carlos Cintez, who rode for the Pepsi Miyata team in the early 80’s. My former TTT partner, Fabio Orlandi, was originallt cast as one of the Italians, but ironically he broke his collarbone at Superweek and couldn’t do it. That movie was filmed entirely in Bloomington, Indiana and is a “must see” for every cycling enthusiast … it’s a great movie regardless. Dennis Christopher (Dave Stoler) won the Oscar for Best Leading Actor in 1978.

… that’s way too much worthless knowledge.
